Twice Baked Potatoes Side

- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 T butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 slices of bacon, crumbled, divided
- 4 green onions, sliced, divided


1. Bake potatoes until done (350-400 for approx 1-1.5 hours)
2. Once potatoes are cool slice in half and scoop out flesh, save the skins.
3. To the potatoes add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, half of the cheese, half of the green onions, and half of the bacon. Mix with mixer until blended. Scoop back into shells
4. Garnish with leftover cheese, onions, and bacon
5. Bake until warm and cheese is melted on top
