Sun Dried Tomato Basil Cream Sauce Sauce/Topping

- Several sun dried tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1.5 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 T white wine
- 1 roma tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil


1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Throw in your sun dried tomatoes and mix

2. Add wine, chopped tomatoes, and basil and cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated. Toss with pasta
