Spicy Pulled Pork Pork

Serving size: 8-10

Ingredients

Pulled Pork:
- 1 pork shoulder or butt roast, about 5-6 lbs
- 3 T paprika
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T dry mustard
- 3 t sea salt

Spicy Sauce:
- 1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup homemade ketchup
- 1 cup dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 t seal salt
- 1/2 t ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the dry rub for the pork and rub all over. Place in refrigerator up to overnight to marinate

2. Preheat oven to 300 and bake for about 6 hours until the pork is fork tender and falling apart.

3. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes.
