Ingredients

- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

- 2 eggs
- 15oz can Libby's pumpkin
- 12oz can evaporated milk

Instructions

- Mix sugar/spice mixture
- Beat two eggs in large bowl, stir in 15oz pumpkin and sugar/spice mixture
- Gradually stir in 12oz can of evaporated milk
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 40-50 minutes
