Serving size: 6 to 8


1 lb ground beef
½ cup onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz medium width noodles, cooked and drained
Cheddar cheese, shredded


• Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
• Stir in can of tomato paste and add water in 1/8 cup increments until mixture is desired consistency.
• Add oregano, basil and Worchestershire sauce and cooked noodles.
• Simmer 10-15 min, adding more water if necessary.
• Sprinkle cheddar cheese over meat mixture, and serve.
