Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t each: cumin, chili powder, cayenne, ground coriander, ground annato, ground dried orange peel
- 1 t onion powder, garlic powder

Instructions

1. preheat oven to 350

2. mix all ingredients together to form a firm but supple paste. Roll the mix between two pieces of parchment as this as you keep even. THIN, THIN, THIN. Peel off top piece of parchment and cut

3. Bake for about 10 minutes until they are a light golden brown
