Homemade Fruit Roll Ups Dessert

- 4 cups of your favorite fresh fruit
- 2 cups water
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 t cinnamon


- place chopped up fruit in a saucepan along with the water. Bring to a simmer and simmer, covered, for 12 minutes

- uncover and stir, mash up fruit

- simmer uncovered for another 10 minutes, until mixture is thick

- place mixture in blender and add lemon juice and cinnamon. Process until smooth

- line parchment paper over a baking sheet and spread the fruit mixture evenly (1/8 to 1/4 in thick)

- place in oven at 140 and let dry out overnight. It is ready when the fruit is no longer sticky

- cut into fruit roll ups and store in the refrigerator in an air tight container.
