Chicken Roll Ups Poultry

- 6 chicken breasts, fat trimmed and pounded thin
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- slivered almonds


1. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a bowl and melt butter in a separate bowl.

2. Pound chicken breasts thin

3. Dip chicken breast first in melted butter then in bread crumb/parm mixture

4. Roll chicken and place seam side down and place in a casserole dish (make sure dish is only big enough for the chicken)

5. Repeat for all chicken

6. Top with slivered almonds

7. Drizzle with the remaining butter

8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
