Blueberry Crisp Dessert

4 C blueberries
1/3 C sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp butter
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C flower
¾ C quick cooking oats (old fashioned oats work fine)


Pour blueberries into a deep greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
Mix room temperature butter and brown sugar to a creamy consistency. Add flower and oats to butter/brown sugar. Spread mixture over blueberries.

Bake for 40 min at 375° F. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Makes 6 moderately sized servings.
